The Blackwing 155 is a tribute to the Bauhaus School and its legacy of craftsmanship. Each pencil features the soft graphite core and a design inspired by the simple shapes and colors that have become a halllmark of the Bauhaus style. The 155 reflects the 155 students graduating from the school before its closure. The school was forced to close in 1933 due to pressure from the Nazis. I do believe this pencil with its story, design and colors is certainly to be one of my favorite Blackwing volumes!
